Change your bedsheets once a week

Use only hypoallergenic pillows: Most people don’t think about their pillowcases as a potential irritant, but it is. One study found that drinking 16 ounces of water right before bed helped improve women’s sleep quality by increasing their deep sleep cycles. Additionally, when we’re dehydrated, our stress hormones increase, while at rest they decrease. Research suggests that hydration helps us manage our stress response more effectively. Finally, according to a study from Kaiser Permanente published in the medical journal Preventive Medicine Reports in 2016, drinking 2-3 glasses of water each day can reduce your risk of breast cancer by 22 percent. Avoid too much sugar
Sugar feeds nasty skin bacteria, causing breakouts. If you already have blemishes or other skin conditions, it can also make them worse. That’s why we often tell people to cut out sugar as part of their natural skincare regimen. Our bodies need fat to produce healthy cells, but our diets are often low in good fats.
